How to Input CA & Exam Scores

Step - by - step guide

Student’s continuous assessment and examination score entry can be done either by one-on-one entry or bulky entry.

To Input CA & Exam score by one-on-one Entry

1. Click on Manage Student

New page open, select the class arm and click the Submit button

2. This action open a new page with data table displaying the selected class arm student details; click on Add CA & Exam Score tab for the student you want to add score

3. This action opens new window with the form for inputing student score; on the form

4. Selects the Subject you want to input score

5. Select the Subject Code

Select Score for any CA type or Exam you want to input

6. Select Score for Continuous Assessment 1

7. Select Score for Continuous Assessment 2

8. Select Score for Continuous Assessment 3

9. Select Score for Exam

8. Click the Save button to save

To Add CA & Exam score by Bulk Entry: download template for score entry, follow the examples shown in the template to input your students’ scores and save the file in csv format.

1. Click on Upload Students Scores

2. This action opens new window with the form for uploading student score

3. Selects the Assessment Type you want to upload

4. Attached the file you want to upload

5. Click the Upload Score button to upload the students’ scores

How to Edit CA & Exam Scores

To Edit CA & Exam scores

1. Click on Manage Student

New page open, select the class arm and click the Submit button

2. This action open a new page with data table displaying the selected class arm student details; click on Edit CA & Exam Score tab for the student you want to edit scores

3. This action opens new window with a form

4. Selects the School Year you want to edit

5. Select the Term

6. Select the Subject you want to edit

7. Select the Subject code you want to edit

8. Click Submit button to proceed: This action open new window with the student's scores

9. Enter Score for any CA type or Exam you want to edit

10. Click the Save Changes button to save
