How to Setup School

After successful school account registration on this platform, your are required to set up your school. School set up entries are compulsory and must be done before processing of any data or information on your school account

To Setup School: On the admin dashboard, Click on School Setup

Step - by - Step Guide

1.0 How to Setup Basic Details

To Setup School Basic Details

1. On the admin dashboard; click on School Setup

2. This action open School Setup dashboard

3. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Basic Details

4. This action open new window with a form: In the new window;

5. Upload your school logo and enter the required details in the fields accordingly

6. Click the Save Changes button to save

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Contact Details

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Enter the required details in the fields accordingly

4. Click the Save Changes button to save

1.2 How to Add School Section

To Add School Section

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on School Section

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Select School Section, Minimum Subjects and Maximum Subjects offered by the school section you selected accordingly

4. Click the Save button to save


1.3 How to Create Class Arm

To Add School Class Arms

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Class Arm

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Select Class and it's Arm

4. Click the Save button to save

5. Continue the process untill all class arms in your school is created

1.4 How to Add a Subject

To Add a Subject

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Subject

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Select School Section, Subject and enter the Subject Code

4. Click the Save button to save

5. Continue the process untill all subjects offered by each school section in your school is added


1.5 How to Create Time Table

To Create Time Table

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Create Time Table

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Select School Section, Weekdays, Class, Subject and enter Timeframe

4. Click the Save button to save

5. Continue the process untill time table for all subjects, weekday and class arm in your school is created

1.6 Set Attendance, CA & Exam Maximum Obtainable Mark

To Set Attendance, CA & Exam Maximum Obtainable Mark

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Attendance & Exam

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Enter Opening Time, Closing Time; select No. of time Attendance is done, No. of time CA is taken; enter Maximum Obtainable Mark for CA, Maximum Obtainable Mark for Exam, Promotion Pass Mark and Subject Pass Mark

4. Click the Save button to save

To Create Grade Book

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on Grade Book

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Select School Section, Grade, Grade description, Minium Score and Maximum Score

4. Click the Save button to save

1.8 How to Create School Houses

To Create School Houses

1. On the School Setup dashboard; click on School Houses

2. This action open a new window with a form: In the new window;

3. Enter House Name, House Color; select House Master Name and House Master Username

4. Click the Save button to save
